After 14 days of not practicing, this morning was great.

I woke up and watched "Dont believe in Gravity" by Flat Earth Man. After that I was convinced there was no such thing as gravity but nonetheless I wanted to sink into the arms of the Earth. I lay down and was used to melting into the Earth but nothing happened like when I was practicing every day.

So, at 3:30am in the morning, I got up and went outside and had a 45 minute session of walking. It was dark and I had the pleasant experience of walking directly towards a 12 foot high tree that was thick with leaves. It was shooting out prana like crazy.

Eventually my session ended and I then strolled around at normal speed for awhile before making my way back to my bed. When I lay down this time, there was a marked difference in my body. I was buzzing and my breathing was smooth, calm and rhythmic. I fell into a blissful sleep with an interesting dream. And oddly enough Master Irman was part of it. Of course, true to the teaching he gave in his book, he discredits all subconscious experiences as mere junk, so I won't go into the dream (although it was hella cool).
